1 Where exactly are you located?

We are located on Mamucha Road, Kisongo, just 15 minutes from Arusha Airport, and near Braeburn International School.

2 Do you accommodate families or groups?

Yes. We have family suites and multiple room options suitable for families and small groups.

3 What are your check-in and check-out times?
  • Check-in: From 1:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

4 Are your rooms self-contained?

Yes. All of our rooms are fully self-contained, featuring private bathrooms, clean bedding, and essential amenities.

5 Do you provide daily housekeeping?

Yes, we offer daily room cleaning and fresh towels upon request.

6 Is there secure parking?

Yes. We offer free, secure parking within our gated compound for all guests.

Payment

1 What if I cancel my booking? Do I get a refund?

Cancellation policies vary depending on how and when you book. Please call us for details on cancellation or refund eligibility.

2 Can I pay using mobile money before arrival?

Yes, you can prepay using M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, or Airtel Money. Please call ahead for payment instructions and confirmation.

1 What forms of payment are accepted at the restaurant?

We accept cash, mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), and major cards.

2 Do you have a menu I can view?

Yes. Our daily menu is available at the reception and in the dining area. We also offer specials depending on the day and seasonal ingredients. View Menu

3 What are your restaurant hours?
  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Lunch: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Dinner: 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM
    Room service is available upon request.

4 What kind of food do you serve?

We serve a mix of local Tanzanian dishes and popular international meals, including vegetarian options. Our meals are prepared fresh using locally sourced ingredients.

1 Do you offer airport transfers or transportation?

We can help arrange airport pickups or drop-offs at an extra cost. Please book in advance so we can organize your transfer smoothly.

Yes! We accommodate family events, meetings, and group bookings. Contact us to tailor your needs, including meals and room arrangements.

3 Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas.

4 Is food available at the lodge?

Yes! We have a restaurant on-site offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a variety of local and international meals. Room service is also available.

Terms and conditions

1 Is guest behavior regulated?

Yes. We reserve the right to deny access or remove any guest involved in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior, with no refund.

2 Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided outside for your convenience.

3 Do you require a deposit to confirm a reservation?

A deposit may be requested during peak seasons, for group bookings, or long-term stays. You’ll be notified in advance if a deposit is required.

4 What is your cancellation policy?
  • Individual bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.

  • Group or long-stay bookings: May require advance notice (48–72 hours).

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the first night’s stay.
